Request your FREE Consultation or Strategy Call

If you're interested in working with us, and would like to learn exactly how we can help you to resurface the strong bond you have with your children, we'd like to offer you 60 minutes with one of us in which we will give you your next best move to accomplish your family goals and discuss the investment required to retain our services.

NOTE: We offer only one complimentary session per person. If you are unable to attend, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required in order to be able to reschedule.

What to expect

You will receive a few email reminders leading up to your appointment. Instructions for accessing the meeting will be in all email reminders. You may attend the meeting in two ways:

--> Click the meeting link and be taken to the meeting room where you will have the option to use your computer/phone audio and choose to turn on your video for a face-to-face session, if you wish.

--> From your mobile phone, click on any hyperlinked phone number to have your phone auto-dial into the meeting. You may hear some pauses and extra button pushes while the phone is connecting to your unique meeting room ID. This is normal and you should be automatically connected shortly.

Please ensure you have complete privacy with no interruptions or other distractions for the duration of our call.

Who Coaching Is For

Coaching is for those who are self-aware, genuine, open to new ideas and perspectives, and motivated to improve relationships within their family unit.

What is a Coach?

A good coach works side-by-side with you, helping you move effectively and efficiently through your process to reach your goals. A good coach will hold space for you, work on your schedule and respect your process with openness, acceptance and care. A good coach will help you dig deep and find the answers to help your family that already reside within you with no judgements and no expectations, just a bit of gentle accountability. And when you're stuck, a good coach will share useful tools to get you moving again. Best of all, a good coach will provide space to celebrate all that you accomplish with you.

We do all of this, plus we weave our expertise into the mix to provide valuable insight when navigating the rough waters of high-conflict divorce, which sometimes requires taking actions that appear to be counter-intuitive. We also share strategies that have been proven to work, and will warn you about those that don't.

What a Coach Does Not Do

A coach does not provide psychotherapy, counselling or legal advice.

What to Expect from Your Initial Session

You decide on one simple but specific question you want to clarify and resolve in our call. We will spend the majority of our time focusing intensively on that one issue.

We will then decide what you are taking away from our session, how this will move you forward, and what your next best move is.

At the end of our call, we’ll go over our coaching packages and programs, and decide which option, if any, is right for you.
